Welding - Metal Fabrication Division

Formall, Inc.'s welding capability centers around flexibility and providing whatever process is necessary for the best solution. Examples of processes that are regularly used are: GMAW (Mig), GTAW (Tig), and SMAW (Arc/Stick).

  • We utilize robotic welding:

  • Manual welding:

  • Induction welding

  • From small weldments to very large and complex welded projects

  • Continuous and stitch welding

Our welders are certified to ANS standards as required and we have a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) on staff.

A significant strength in welding for Formall is that we design and build all of our welding fixtures. Our fixtures far exceed industry standards and norms in size, strength, accuracy, tolerances, repeatability, low maintenance, and longevity.

We have over 30 individual welding machines that can be configured in cellular and assembly operations, or as individual stations or in teams for larger parts. The welding department is serviced by our power and free conveyor system feeding multiple lines and transporting weldments to the finishing processes.
